All of our CustomsClear monthly plans include:
- Access to the software to submit your own export customs declarations for goods from the UK* to the EU directly to HMRC’s Customs Declaration Service (CDS)
- Real-time notifications and feedback directly from HMRC to help you actively manage requests for goods inspections or more information and keep your goods moving
- Full visibility of all your declarations and any duties to pay
- Easily upload all required documentation to the CustomsClear software
- Intelligent features like the commodity code lookup enable you to classify your goods using everyday language
- Access to specialist support to help with any CustomsClear-related questions

The CustomsClear support team can provide help using the software, submitting declarations and with general questions about customs processes.
If you require specific customs or tax advice related your business, please let us know and we’ll refer you to our Global Trade Advisory team. Please note such services are not included in your CustomsClear subscription. Any additional charges will be quoted in advance.
Plan and pricing FAQ
Can I try the software for free before purchasing?
Yes. After you register for CustomsClear and complete the onboarding process, you will receive 30 days of unlimited access to the software at no cost.
When your free 30 days are up, your selected payment plan goes into effect.
Are there any additional costs over and above the subscription costs?
No. There's no sign-up fee and no additional costs to use CustomsClear, just the monthly subscription cost.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. You are not tied to CustomsClear and you can cancel at any time; subject to a 30-day notice prior to your next scheduled monthly payment.
How do I pay for my subscription?
Our plans are monthly and paid for by direct debit, which starts at the end of your free trial.
