With CustomsClear, there’s no joining fee or hidden costs. Simply pick the pricing plan that matches the number of declarations you make each month.

All of our CustomsClear monthly plans include:

  • Access to our online software to submit your own customs declarations for goods exports from GB to the EU directly to HMRC’s Customs Declaration Service (CDS) (imports coming soon)
  • Real-time notifications and feedback directly from HMRC to help you actively manage requests for goods inspections or more information and keep your goods moving
  • Full visibility of all your declarations and any duties you need to pay
  • The ability to upload all required documentation within the CustomsClear software (coming soon)
  • Intelligent features like the commodity code lookup, which helps you classify your goods using everyday language and descriptions
  • Access to help desk support using the software and understanding customs processes

What’s covered by CustomsClear support?

The CustomsClear support team can only provide help using the software, submitting declarations and with general questions about customs processes.

If you require specific customs or tax advice related to your business, please let us know and we’ll refer you to our Global Trade Advisory team. Please note such services are not included in your CustomsClear subscription. Any additional charges will be quoted in advance.

Yes. After you register for CustomsClear and complete the onboarding process, you will receive 30 days of unlimited access to the software at no cost.


When your free 30 days are up, your selected payment plan goes into effect.

No. There's no sign-up fee and no additional costs to use CustomsClear, just the monthly subscription cost.

Yes. You are not tied to CustomsClear and you can cancel at any time; subject to a 30-day notice prior to your next scheduled monthly payment.

Our plans are monthly and paid for by direct debit, which starts at the end of your free trial.
