* Please note that all prices are exclusive of VAT. Declarations that are submitted and cleared through UK customs are chargeable, including not arrived declarations automatically rejected by HMRC.

The CustomsClear support team can provide help using the software, submitting declarations and with general questions about customs processes.
If you require specific customs or tax advice related your business, please let us know and we’ll refer you to our Global Trade Advisory team. Please note such services are not included in your CustomsClear subscription. Any additional charges will be quoted in advance.
Yes. After you register for CustomsClear and complete the onboarding process, you will receive 30 days of unlimited access to the software at no cost.
When your free 30 days are up, your selected payment plan goes into effect.
No. There’s no sign-up fee and no additional costs to use CustomsClear, just the monthly subscription cost.
Yes. You are not tied to CustomsClear and you can cancel at any time; subject to a 30-day notice prior to your next scheduled monthly payment.
Our plans are monthly and paid for by direct debit, which starts at the end of your free trial.
