If you require specific customs or tax advice related your business, please let us know and we’ll refer you to our Global Trade Advisory team. Please note such services are not included in your CustomsClear subscription. Any additional charges will be quoted in advance.

Can I try the software for free before purchasing?
Yes. After you register for CustomsClear and complete the onboarding process, you will receive 6 months of unlimited access to the software at no cost.
When your free 6 months are up, your selected payment plan goes into effect.
Are there any additional costs over and above the subscription costs?
No. There's no sign-up fee and no additional costs to use CustomsClear, just the monthly subscription cost.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. You are not tied to CustomsClear and you can cancel at any time; subject to a 30-day notice prior to your next scheduled monthly payment.
How do I pay for my subscription?
Our plans are monthly and paid for by direct debit, which starts at the end of your free trial.
