Our software is recommended for any business that import goods from the EU into Great Britain (GB), or export goods from GB into the EU using road transport.

We intend to introduce support for other modes of transport, such as air freight and container-based sea freight in the future, and extend the product for use beyond the EU and GB. For the initial beta period, we will only support export declarations. Support for import declarations is coming early 2022.

  3. Submit your declaration right to HMRC - because CustomsClear is integrated with Customs Declaration Service (CDS), your declaration is sent directly to HMRC.
  4. Manage your declaration - get real-time feedback from HMRC. If you need to amend your declaration or provide more information, our software is designed to help you upload any requested information directly.
  5. Track the progress of your declaration from start to finish.

No, the software is totally online – there’s no need to download anything, simply access the software directly from your web browser.

Yes, access to the CustomsClear website is not geographically restricted.

No, you do not need a CSP badge to submit declarations with CustomsClear because it connects directly to HMRC's Customs Declaration Service (CDS).

From first submitting your completed registration form, please allow up to 5 business days to gain access to CustomsClear.

We currently support a single user per account, we have future plans to support multiple users with different levels of access under a single account.

You are not tied to CustomsClear. You can cancel at any time subject to a 30-day notice prior to your next scheduled monthly payment.
